Alysa Williams is the Executive Assistant for the Evergreen Advisory Team. Before becoming the Executive Assistant, she worked as a teacher for several years. Alysa studied at Sacred Heart University in Fairfield, Connecticut, and obtained her Bachelor’s in English Literature and her Master’s in Secondary Education.
Alysa was in the educational field for five years before changing career paths. The world of business always interested her because it’s a fast-paced and social environment. Her primary role is to facilitate communication between advisors and clients. Alysa is passionate about helping others and finds herself in roles that require listening skills, compassion, and a diligent work ethic. She enjoys working with the Evergreen Team because she functions in a customer service role for clients and problem solves when needed.
Originally, Alysa is from Trumbull, Connecticut, and has spent most of her life in Fairfield county. She is the youngest of four children, one brother and two sisters. Alysa is an animal lover at heart. Currently, she has three cats, Sherlock Holmes, John Watson, and Loki who she treats as part of the family.
Alysa has several interests and hobbies that fill her free time. She is first and foremost a Green Bay Packers fan and loves to watch football. When she’s not watching the Packers play, she is either gardening, reading, or knitting. Alysa loves plants and spent years learning and researching care methods. In 2020, Alysa published an educational horticulture book on air-purifying houseplants. Since she is passionate about helping animals, she became a member of the National Snuggles Project where she knits or crochet blankets to donate them to local animal shelters. Alysa loves this project because she is giving back to the community and simultaneously helping animals.
